The Ministry of Finance must promptly formulate specific measures to deepen the reform of the budget management system and issue them to all regions and departments for implementation. All regions should formulate specific policies, measures and work plans based on local actual conditions, effectively strengthen organizational leadership, and ensure the smooth implementation of reforms.
