Low-income households refer to households (villages) whose housing or income is lower than the municipal minimum living standard due to disability or disease, and enjoy the national minimum living allowance.
Families enjoying this treatment are mainly divided into the following four categories:
1, residents (villages) with no financial resources, no ability to work and no dependents or dependents;
