Continue to broaden the fields of private investment, support private enterprises to participate in railway, expressway, port and dock and related stations, urban infrastructure and public service facilities projects, support private enterprises to increase investment in solar power generation, wind power generation, biomass power generation, energy storage and other energy-saving and carbon-reducing fields, implement policies and facilities such as construction land, financial support and green channels for administrative approval according to regulations, and regularly push private investment projects to financial institutions.
