China Student Aid Network was established in September, 20 13, sponsored by Shaanxi Fuzhi Charity Foundation. In conjunction with Shaanxi Affairs Association, An Qiyuan, former secretary of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, was invited as general consultant, Guo Qingfan, former director of Civil Affairs Department, and Qu, former director of Education Department, served as consultants, and Amway Brand Marketing Planning Co., Ltd. was entrusted to operate China Student Aid Network.

The organizer is Shaanxi Fuzhi Charity Foundation, and xi Amway Brand Marketing Planning Co., Ltd. is authorized to operate with full authority. It consists of seven functional departments: Student Financial Aid Department, Finance Department, Technology Department, Propaganda Department, Human Resources Department, Marketing Department and Membership Department.
