Article 8 The Scholarship Committee invites experts to form an evaluation committee to evaluate the recommended candidates' materials and make the evaluation results publicly available on the website of the Scholarship Committee for the second time.

Article 9 The Scholarship Fund Committee shall report the evaluation results to the Ministry of Education for approval, and notify the education departments (groups) of relevant embassies (consulates) abroad.

Chapter IV Amount of Scholarships and Methods of Granting

Article 1 Scholarships shall be selected once a year. The scholarship amount is $5, per person.
