Article 1 The Youth Fund Project supports young scientific and technological personnel to independently select topics within the scope of the National Natural Science Fund, carry out basic research work, and cultivate the ability of young scientific and technological personnel to independently preside over scientific research projects and carry out innovative research.

Management responsibility

Article 2 The National Natural Science Foundation of China (hereinafter referred to as NSFC) shall perform the following duties in the process of youth fund project management:

(a) Develop and publish an annual project guide;

(2) Accepting project applications;

(3) Organizing expert review;

(4) approving funded projects;

(five) to manage and supervise the implementation of funded projects.

Article 3 The use and management of funds for youth fund projects shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Natural Science Foundation of China on the management of project funds.
