Scope of payment:
(1) Medical expenses for work-related injuries;
(2) Funeral subsidies;
(3), auxiliary equipment configuration fee;
(4) Rehabilitation treatment fee;
(5) Living nursing expenses;
(six), the work ability appraisal fee for employees with work-related injuries;
(seven) a one-time disability allowance;
(eight), hospital food subsidies;
(nine) one to four industrial injury disability allowance;
(10) Transportation and accommodation expenses required for medical treatment outside the overall planning area;
(eleven), support relatives pension;
(12) Investigation fee for work-related injury prevention and appraisal;
(thirteen) a one-time death grant;
(fourteen), other expenses stipulated by laws and regulations.
The first way is: disability allowance, disability allowance, survivor's pension, funeral allowance and one-time work-related death allowance are paid directly by the social insurance agency to the injured workers or their immediate family members or entrusted to banks, post offices and communities for socialized management.
The second is: the payment of medical expenses for work-related injuries, rehabilitation treatment fees and auxiliary equipment configuration fees. The social insurance agency shall standardize the settlement procedures, define the settlement period, simplify the settlement procedures and improve the service level.

"Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance" Article 32 Workers with work-related injuries may install artificial limbs, orthotics, artificial eyes, dentures, wheelchairs and other assistive devices due to their daily life or employment needs, and the required expenses shall be paid from the work-related injury insurance fund according to the standards stipulated by the state.
