The medical insurance fund will not pay the medical expenses incurred by the insured due to one of the following circumstances:

(1) purchasing drugs by himself except under the circumstances stipulated in Articles 47 and 48 of these Measures;

(2) It shall be paid from the industrial injury insurance fund and maternity insurance fund;

(3) It shall be borne by a third party;

(4) It shall be borne by public health;

(5) going abroad, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan for medical treatment;

(6) The fund specified by the State, Guangdong Province and this Municipality does not pay.

the medical expenses shall be borne by the third party according to law. if the third party fails to pay or cannot determine the third party, the insured may apply to the municipal social insurance institution for payment in advance according to the relevant provisions of the state.
