Extension means that the project cannot complete the research plan within the prescribed time limit due to objective reasons.
The postponed project must be proposed by the project leader two months before the original planned completion date of the project, and submitted to the counterpart science department for approval through the supporting unit. Generally, only one extension is allowed, and the period is no more than two years. Write an extension application report and report it to the Fund Committee for approval.
For postponed projects, those postponed on time shall be treated as normal.
