Special legal person; For special legal persons: the purpose of establishing an organ legal person is to perform public management functions, which is obviously different from other legal person organizations; Rural collective economic organizations have distinctive China characteristics, and endowing them with legal person status conforms to the spirit of the reform of the CPC Central Committee, which is conducive to improving the realization form and operation mechanism of rural collective economy and enhancing the vitality of rural collective economy development; Villagers' committees, residents' committees and other grass-roots mass autonomous organizations have their own particularities in the establishment, alteration, termination, function and responsibility. Urban and rural cooperative economic organizations can engage in business activities externally if they are mutually beneficial or mutually beneficial.
Legal basis: Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration
Article 26 Where a company changes its registered items, it shall apply to the original company registration authority for registration of change. Without the change registration, the company shall not change the registered items without authorization.
