1. Changes shall be made in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and effective resolutions shall be issued and relevant legal documents shall be signed for the changes.

2. If the private placement manager needs to apply for industrial and commercial registration in case of major changes, it shall submit an application for registration of change to the industrial and commercial department in a timely manner.

3. Truthfully, timely, accurately and completely disclose relevant changes to investors or obtain the approval of investors.
