On January 9, 2005, Jade felt the seriousness of the disaster in South Asia and held a charity sale at CD Warehouse in Times Square. All proceeds from the charity sale were donated to the Yanji Emergency Assistance Fund-South Asia Disaster Relief Account.

In March 2012, Carry Yan attended the Hong Kong Smoke-free Leading Enterprise Awards Ceremony hosted by the Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health and supported by Commercial Radio in the lecture hall of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.

In August 2012, the City Anti-Drug Tour 2012 Concert was held in Hong Kong. Artists such as Tang Cuiwen, Carry-on Yan and Li Zhuoting attended. Care-on Yan sang the theme song "The Beginning of a Generation" for the conference and called on young people not to take drugs.
