The government environmental protection fund is the capital invested by the government to support activities related to environmental protection, environmental governance and environmental improvement. It mainly includes environmental protection funds, provincial environmental protection funds, municipal environmental protection funds and county environmental protection funds. The sources of these environmental protection funds mainly include: financial allocation, financial subsidies, government investment, government bonds, government debts, government creditor's rights, market financing and so on.
Second, the enterprise environmental protection fund
Enterprise environmental protection fund is the capital invested by enterprises to support activities related to environmental protection, environmental governance and environmental improvement. It mainly includes enterprise self-operated environmental protection fund, enterprise donated environmental protection fund, corporate social responsibility environmental protection fund and corporate public welfare environmental protection fund. The sources of these environmental protection funds mainly include: corporate profits, corporate taxes, corporate investments, corporate debts, corporate creditor's rights, corporate loans and so on.
Three. Social environmental protection fund
Social environmental protection fund is the capital invested by social organizations to support activities related to environmental protection, environmental governance and environmental improvement. It mainly includes public welfare environmental protection fund, social enterprise environmental protection fund, charitable environmental protection fund and foundation environmental protection fund. The sources of these environmental protection funds mainly include: donations, investments, debts, creditor's rights, loans and so on.
