For residential projects that signed the Contract for Assignment of the Right to Use State-owned Construction Land before March 24, 2008, the owner shall deposit it according to the construction area of 35 yuan/m2, and the development and construction unit shall deposit it according to the total construction area of the community 12 yuan/m2.

For residential projects that acquire land after March 24, 2008, the property owner shall deposit the special maintenance fund for residential buildings. The deposit standard is: the commercial house with elevator shall be paid according to the construction area of the purchased house 120 yuan/m2; Commercial housing without elevator shall be paid according to the construction area of the purchased house of 60 yuan/m2.
