Among the disabled people in low-income families who do not enjoy the minimum living allowance, those with visual disability level 1 or level 2, intellectual disability level 1, level 2 and level 3 shall enjoy the monthly living allowance with reference to the Beijing minimum living allowance standard; Visual and physical disabilities with disability grades of Grade III and IV, intellectual and mental disabilities with disability grades of Grade IV and hearing and speech disabilities with disability grades of Grade I, II, III and IV, and the subsidy standard is 300 yuan per person per month;
