Zhou Yichun, male, professor, is a famous expert in coating and thin film preparation and solid mechanics of materials in national Jieqing and China. He is mainly engaged in the research of "mechanics of thin film materials and devices", and has successively undertaken national-level projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation's Outstanding Youth Fund, the National 863 Project, the National 863 Guiding Project, the National Natural Science Foundation's key and general projects, the major scientific and technological projects in Hunan Province, and the major cultivation projects of the Ministry of Education. 1 As the first academic leader, Xiangtan University has successively obtained the first-class doctoral program in material science and engineering, the doctoral program in general mechanics and mechanical foundation, the postdoctoral research station in mechanics, material science and engineering, and the key laboratory of low-dimensional materials and applied technology of the Ministry of Education. As the first leader, the teaching and research group of materials and devices won the first batch of national teaching teams in 2007 and the national experimental teaching demonstration center of materials science and engineering in 2008. 1 Invited as a visiting professor at Tohoku University, he was awarded a part-time doctoral tutor in mechanics of China Academy of Sciences, a national teaching achievement award, an expert enjoying special government allowance from the State Council, and an outstanding young and middle-aged expert in Hunan Province. He is currently the vice president of Xiangtan University and the director of the Key Laboratory of Advanced Materials and Rheological Properties of Xiangtan University.
