Kingkey 1(KK1), formerly known as KingKey Financial Center, is the tallest building in Shenzhen, the fifth tallest building in China and the 13th tallest building in the world, with a height of 441.8 meters and 1 floors. Located in Shennan East Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China, it was jointly designed by ——TFP and ARUP, two internationally renowned architectural design companies from Britain, and undertaken by China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. Jingji 1 is a world-class landmark under Jingji Group, a Shenzhen real estate enterprise, and the tallest building invested and built by private real estate enterprises in China. It has maintained many China records and world records and won many world-class awards.
