By the end of 20 19, the library of Liaoning University of Petrochemical Technology had collected more than 1000 paper documents 148 14000, 47 electronic document databases, 796700 electronic books, 785700 kinds of electronic periodicals 4185/kloc-0, and audio and video.
Kulazi literature databases at home and abroad mainly include CNKI China Knowledge Network, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, Huiya e-book, academic search of reading show, Bailian academic search, SpringerLink, EBSCO, RSC of Royal Chemical Society, EBM foreign e-book and so on.

The school was approved to establish an action plan for the infiltration of sports aesthetic education in Liaoning Province in 2020, with 4 scientific research projects funded by Liaoning Economic and Social Development Research Project, 5 projects funded by Liaoning Social Science Fund 20 19, and 1 project funded by the General Research Project of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education.
There are 6 social science planning projects in Fushun and 4 provincial United front projects. Non-party 1 person's thesis won the third prize of excellent thesis on theoretical research of the Central Committee of Agriculture and Industry.

The school has more than 500 faculty members/kloc-0, 490 teachers with senior titles and 434 doctoral and master's tutors. The ruler-containing school introduced two academicians, including four national-level talents, four recipients of special government allowance from the State Council, two climbing scholars from Liaoning Province, five from distinguished professor, Liaoning Province, and nine from the "Million Talents Project" in Liaoning Province.
