(2) The cost investigation supervision and examination department, directly under the Provincial Price Bureau, is established at the director level and has 40 administrative staff (including 1 director and 3 deputy directors). Its main responsibilities are: to investigate, summarize and analyze the price cost and circulation cost of major agricultural products, industrial products and services, organize and guide relevant departments and localities to carry out cost surveys, and publish summary data and related information on the production costs and benefits of agricultural products; Organize the price supervision and inspection of large rural market towns; Responsible for cost supervision and examination of the fixed (adjusted) price (fee); To organize the formulation of the price difference rate between the catering industry and the repair industry, and formulate management grade standards; Formulate the supervision and examination system for the price and cost of important commodities and services, and organize, guide and implement the price and cost investigation and supervision and examination.
(3) The establishment, responsibilities and establishment of subordinate institutions shall be stipulated separately.
