1. Graded parent shares bought or added in 1602 18 securities credit account and general account of Guotai Real Estate: on-site subscription and redemption (open trading account-on-stock fund-on-site subscription and redemption) can be selected and submitted before 15 according to the redemption method of ordinary open-end funds. It can also be split in the market: the mother share is split into A and B for sale (opening trading account-stock-after-hours fund business-fund split), with the fastest share arriving in the account within two working days and the slow share arriving in the account within three working days.

2. Income distribution of the Fund:

Funds (including Guotai Real Estate Share, Real Estate Share A and Real Estate Share B) do not distribute income.

During the operation period of Guotai Real Estate Share, Real Estate Share A and Real Estate Share B of the Fund, if the above restrictions are lifted by laws, regulations or regulatory authorities, the fund manager may, based on the principle of safeguarding the interests of fund share holders, modify the above income distribution principle after performing appropriate procedures, and it is not necessary to convene a fund share holders' meeting for this modification.

After the resolution of the fund share holders' meeting and the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Fund will adjust the income distribution principle of the Fund according to the resolution of the fund share holders' meeting if the operation of the real estate A share and the real estate B share is terminated.
