How do graded funds arbitrage?
1. Find out which graded funds are discounted through the "Comprehensive Premium" column on the "Arbitrage" page of the website.

2. After selecting discounted varieties, buy the same number of A and B shares through securities software. This is the same as buying stocks. It should be noted that the prices of A and B are changing at any time. You should always check the discount range, especially if the price of B changes rapidly. When buying, everyone should determine the discount range when buying. I suggest that you can determine the price of B before buying A, because the price change rate of A is not as fast as that of B. In addition, after the discount arbitrage is determined, buy A and B before the daily closing, so that you basically don't have to bear the risk of T-day net value fluctuation, but only need to bear the risk of T+ 1 day net value fluctuation.

3. After buying A and B shares, general brokers can merge at T+ 1, and literary brokers can merge at t (Huatai Securities and CITIC Construction Investment). The merger steps are as follows: Click on "On-site Open-end Fund" or "After-hours Fund Business" under the securities software, and then click "Fund Consolidation" to open the "Fund Consolidation" column on the screen, and enter the parent company code and merger share.

4. Apply for redemption from the fund company. The specific redemption steps are as follows: Click "Fund Redemption" in "On-site Open-end Fund" or "After-hours Fund Business", then enter the parent company code and redemption share, and click OK. Of course, discount arbitrage is calculated according to the net value of the redemption date of the parent fund. If the index corresponding to the parent fund falls on the redemption date, it must be determined that the decline cannot exceed the discount range+redemption fee. The redemption fee for most funds is 0.5%. Generally, try to decide whether to redeem before the deadline of redemption date.
