Model APEC:
The Asia-Pacific Youth Model APEC Conference-referred to as Simulated APEC, or Simulated APEC for short-is a public diplomatic activity for young people in the Asia-Pacific region, which is jointly directed by the Ministry of Education of China, the Ministry of Commerce of China and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and co-sponsored by the Asia-Pacific Youth Model APEC Conference Organizing Committee and the Beijing Huanya Youth Exchange and Development Foundation.
According to the operation mode and principle of procedure of APEC, an all-English conference will be held around the hot issues in the Asia-Pacific region. The meeting highly simulated APEC-related meetings such as APEC Working Group Meeting, APEC Senior Officials Meeting, APEC Ministerial Meeting, APEC Leaders' Informal Meeting, etc. Each meeting was attended by 2 1 representatives of economic members.
