What does the special maintenance fund mean?
1. Special maintenance funds refer to special funds for special purposes or special funds for special purposes. This kind of funds usually need to be accounted for separately, and the funds are earmarked and cannot be used for other purposes. Under normal circumstances, special maintenance funds generally refer to "residential special maintenance funds" for commercial housing or sold housing.

2. Residential special maintenance funds refer to the funds paid by the non-residential owners who are connected with the single residential structure outside the commercial housing, residential quarters or residential quarters, and are earmarked for the maintenance, renewal and transformation of residential parts and facilities after the warranty period expires.

3.
