The fund manager shall sell the fund shares within 6 months from the date of receiving the approval documents. The raising period of the Fund shall be calculated from the date of sale of fund shares, and the raising period shall not exceed 3 months. The fund manager shall publish the prospectus, fund contract and other relevant documents 3 days before the fund share sale. The funds raised during the raising period shall be deposited in a special account, and no one may use them before the raising is over.
