Investment fund industry self-regulatory organizations, social organizations as legal persons, are industry self-regulatory organizations jointly established by fund managers, fund custodians and fund service institutions. Coordinate industry relations, conduct industry self-discipline, provide industry services, and promote industry development.

Ordinary members: cemetery fund managers and trustees join the association as ordinary members.

Joint members: fund sales, registration, valuation, evaluation, information technology services, law firms, clubs and other institutions registered in the CSRC.

Observers: Private fund managers and private asset management institutions are observers and become ordinary members after one year.

Special members: national exchanges, local equity trading institutions and other fund authorities.
