Regarding the use of maintenance funds, the relevant national policies and regulations have long given every owner the right to use maintenance funds for maintenance. In the process of operation, every owner can choose to sign or not to sign completely voluntarily, and the final result is determined by the principle that the minority is subordinate to the majority (the signature must be more than two-thirds before it can be used).
