When the owner takes possession of the house, he will hand over the deed tax and overhaul funds to the developer. After the property rights are obtained, what should he do if he does not get the deed tax invoice?

If you have paid it and lost it, you can go to the Property and Registration Section to get the bottom of the invoice. If the original house is converted into a house, there is no deed tax and there is no need to provide it.

For withdrawing housing provident funds, generally no proof of deed tax payment (including a tax bill or tax payment certificate, the same below) is required, only a house purchase contract, real estate certificate, payment voucher, house purchase and sale invoice, etc.

If the real estate certificate has not yet been issued, a certificate of tax payment may be required.

You can ask the Housing Provident Fund Management Center.
