Relevant provisions of the Party's Disciplinary Punishment Regulations:\x0d\Article 95: Party members in rural party organizations, community party organizations, village committees, community residents' committees and other grassroots organizations engage in the following official duties and take advantage of their positions to illegally occupy public property*

Anyone who steals property, misappropriates public funds, asks for other people's property, or illegally accepts or disguises illegally accepts other people's property to seek benefits for others shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Articles 83, 94, and 85 of these Regulations respectively: \

) Operation and management of state-owned land; \x0d\ (4) Management of compensation fees for land acquisition; \x0d\ (5) Collection and payment of taxes; \x0d\ (6) Related family planning, household registration, and military recruitment work;

\x0d\  (7) Assist the people's government in other administrative work; \x0d\  (8) Engage in the Party's discipline inspection, organization (personnel), publicity and other work in accordance with intra-Party regulations.

\x0d\Article 83 Party and state functionaries or persons entrusted with the management and operation of state-owned property take advantage of their positions to embezzle, steal, defraud or illegally possess public property by other means, and the circumstances are relatively minor.

If the circumstances are serious, a warning or a serious warning will be given; if the circumstances are serious, a sanction of removal from party positions or probation will be given; if the circumstances are serious, a sanction of expulsion from the party will be given.

\x0d\ Anyone who embezzles party dues, social security funds, disaster relief, emergency rescue, flood prevention, preferential care, poverty alleviation, immigration, relief, and epidemic prevention funds and materials shall be severely or aggravated in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, up to and including expulsion from the Party.

\x0d\Article 94 Party and state functionaries or persons entrusted with the management and operation of state-owned property take advantage of their positions to misappropriate public funds for personal use, engage in illegal activities, or engage in profit-making activities, or for more than three months

If the case is not returned, if the circumstances are minor, a warning or a serious warning will be given; if the circumstances are serious, a sanction of removal from party positions or probation will be given; if the circumstances are serious, a sanction of expulsion from the party will be given.

\x0d\ Whoever misappropriates party dues, social security funds, disaster relief, emergency rescue, flood prevention, special care, poverty alleviation, immigration, relief, and epidemic prevention funds and materials shall be severely or aggravated in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, up to and including expulsion from the Party.

\x0d\  If the misappropriation of public funds for personal use lasts less than three months, but the amount is relatively large, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of this article.

\x0d\Article 85: Party and state functionaries or other personnel engaged in official duties who take advantage of their positions to solicit property from others, or illegally accept property from others to seek benefits for others, and the circumstances are relatively minor, shall be given a warning or a serious warning.

Punishment; if the circumstances are serious, the punishment of removal from party positions or probation; if the circumstances are serious, the punishment of expulsion from the party.

\x0d\ The personnel listed in the preceding paragraph take advantage of their positions to illegally accept other people's property to seek benefits for others. If the circumstances are serious, they will be given a warning or a serious warning; if the circumstances are serious, they will be dismissed from their positions within the party, placed on party probation, or

Expulsion from the party.

\x0d\ If bribery causes serious losses to the interests of the country, the collective and the people, he or she shall be severely punished or aggravated, up to and including expulsion from the party.

\x0d\ Whoever makes things difficult to retaliate against the other party due to attempted extortion of property and causes losses to the other party shall be given a warning or a serious warning; if the circumstances are serious, the punishment of removal from party positions or probation shall be given; if the circumstances are serious, the punishment shall be expulsion from the party.
