How much is the unemployment benefit a month?
1. Employees who have paid unemployment insurance 1 for less than 5 years can receive 12 12 yuan every month;
2. Employees who have paid unemployment insurance for less than five years and less than 10 years can receive 1239 yuan per month;
3. Employees who have paid unemployment insurance 10 years and less than 15 years can receive 1.266 yuan per month;
4. Employees who have paid unemployment insurance 15 and less than 20 years can receive 1293 yuan per month;
5. Employees who have paid unemployment insurance for more than 20 years can receive 132 1 yuan per month.
When is unemployment insurance issued every month?
1. Unemployment insurance shall be signed in the month of each month and collected before the 5th of the following month;
2. Before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year, and the conditions for receiving unemployment benefits are:
(1) The labor contract is dissolved in accordance with the provisions of Item 1, Item 4 and Item 5 of Article 44 of the Labor Contract Law;
(2) The employer terminates the labor contract in accordance with Articles 39, 40 and 41 of the Labor Contract Law;
(3) The employer proposes to terminate the labor contract with the employee in accordance with the provisions of Article 36 of the Labor Contract Law, and the labor contract is terminated through consultation with the employee;
(4) The employer proposes to terminate the labor contract or is dismissed, removed or expelled by the employer;
(5) The employee terminates the labor contract in accordance with Article 38 of the Labor Contract Law;
(six) other circumstances stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.

Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:
(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;
(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;
(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
Article 50
The employing unit shall issue a certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations for the unemployed in time, and inform the social insurance agency of the list of unemployed persons within fifteen days from the date of termination or dissolution of labor relations.
Unemployed persons shall, with the certificate of termination or rescission of labor relations issued by their own units, go to the designated public employment service institutions for unemployment registration in time.
Unemployed people with unemployment registration certificate and personal identity documents, to the social insurance agencies to receive unemployment insurance procedures. The time limit for receiving unemployment insurance benefits shall be calculated from the date of unemployment registration.
