As far as you are concerned, there are two ways,
1. Find a guarantor with the same conditions, apply to the creditor to replace the original guarantor with a new guarantor, sign a new guarantee contract, and terminate the original guarantee contract.
2. Pay off the debt in advance, whether the debtor or the guarantor can pay off the debt in advance, the creditor-debtor relationship can be dissolved, and the principal creditor's right can be realized or eliminated. The guarantee relationship does not exist and the guarantee contract can be terminated.
This is what the Contract Law and the Guarantee Law stipulate, and there is no other way to think about it.
I advise you not to sign the contract so casually. If you sign it, you have to take responsibility!
