House deed tax charging standard:

For the first suite, 1% of the total house price is charged for those below 9 square meters, 1.5% for those between 9 and 144 square meters (inclusive), and 3% for those above 144 square meters;

second suite: 3% no matter how big it is;

maintenance fund charging standard:

five ten thousandths of the total house price, regardless of the area, regardless of the first or second time.
