Advanced collectives: organs and institutions of district and county medical insurance bureaus.

advanced individuals: cadres on the job in the organs and institutions at all levels of the city's medical insurance system (including cadres whose personnel relations have not been formally transferred to the medical insurance department due to institutional reform, but have been clearly transferred to the target).

those who have been rated as national or municipal commendation for advanced individuals, advanced collectives, outstanding party member-made and advanced grass-roots party organizations in fighting COVID-19 epidemic will not participate in this selection.
