3. Party A’s rights and obligations 1. During the contract operation period, Party A has the right to receive the contract payment in full and on time.

2. During the contract operation period, Party A shall not claim the right to possess, use or benefit from the house (except for the contract fee), and Party A shall not interfere with Party B’s right to independently contract and operate the hotel on the grounds of ownership of the house.

3. During the contract operation period, Party A has limited right to dispose of the house, that is, Party A can transfer the house, but Party A must not transfer the house until the third party acknowledges and performs the contract in writing to Party B. Also,

2. During the contract operation period, Party B shall enjoy the rights of possession, use, income, sublease, operation and management of the contracted house.

3. During the contract operation period, Party B has the right to decorate the house without damaging the construction effect, and has the right to place billboards and advertising light boxes on external walls, passages and other public areas.

4. According to the needs of hotel operation, Party B has the right to adjust the floor layout of the contracted floor. However, when the contracted operation period expires, Party B shall restore it to its original state and return it to Party A.

5. Liability for breach of contract 1. Neither party may unilaterally modify or terminate the contract, otherwise it will be regarded as a breach of contract.

The breaching party shall not only compensate the non-breaching party for all economic losses, but also compensate for all indirect losses caused to the non-breaching party.

If the non-breaching party requires continued performance of the contract, it shall continue to perform the contract.

If the performance of this contract becomes more difficult due to changes in property rights such as mortgage, transfer, inheritance, etc. of Party A, and Party B is willing to terminate the contract, Party A shall compensate Party B for all economic losses caused thereto, including any losses that may occur after the performance of the contract.
