According to Article 34 of the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance, employees who have been assessed as disabled and confirmed by the Labor Ability Appraisal Committee and need life care are paid by the work-related injury insurance fund on a monthly basis. Life care fees are paid according to four different levels: those who can't take care of themselves at all, most of them can't take care of themselves or some of them can't take care of themselves, and their standards are 60%, 50%, 40% and 40% of the average monthly salary of employees in the last year in the overall planning area.
