Fuyang Medical Security Bureau implements the principles, policies and decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on medical security work, implements the work requirements of the Municipal Party Committee, and adheres to and strengthens the centralized and unified leadership of the Party on medical security work in the process of performing its duties. Implement the national and provincial measures for the supervision and management of medical insurance funds, establish and improve the safety prevention and control mechanism of medical insurance funds, and promote the reform of payment methods of medical insurance funds.

Organize the formulation of policies on the prices of drugs and medical consumables, medical service items and charges for medical service facilities in the whole city, and establish a reasonable determination and dynamic adjustment mechanism for medical service prices paid by medical insurance. Promote the establishment of a market-led social medical service price formation mechanism and establish a price information monitoring and information release system.

Implement provincial medical insurance financing policies, formulate reasonable treatment policies, and coordinate urban and rural medical insurance treatment standards. Organize the preparation of the draft budget and final accounts of the city's medical security fund, and promote the construction of multi-level medical security system as a whole. Establish and improve the transfer and connection system of medical security relations and organize medical assistance. According to the provincial long-term care insurance system reform plan, formulate specific implementation measures for the whole city.

Implement a unified medical insurance catalogue in urban and rural areas of the province, formulate reasonable payment standards, establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism, and implement a provincial medical insurance catalogue access negotiation system. Formulate agreements and payment management measures for designated medical institutions and organize their implementation, and implement and improve policies on management, service and expense settlement of medical treatment in different places. Organize the reform of medical insurance payment methods, and organize the economic evaluation of drugs, medical consumables and medical technology.
