In September 2009, ABC completed its first consulting project-I Do Children's Fund, and launched a project management manual, which provided systematic methods and tools for the project management of ABC's consulting business.

On June 5438+February, 2009, Agricultural Bank of China completed the public welfare project and the project of helping the poor and needy in China, and launched the Management Team Manual of Agricultural Bank of China, which established the internal organization and management framework of Agricultural Bank of China.

On June 20 10, the consulting season of ABC was on the right track, and it could provide consulting services for three NGOs every quarter. At the end of June, ABC 20 10 completed the spring consultation season project of chinese baby Caring Association, Beijing Youth Legal and Psychological Counseling Service Center and Hongdandan Education and Cultural Exchange Center, and established a cooperative relationship with Peking University International MBA to recruit volunteers.

In the autumn consultation seasons of 20 10 and 12, ABC 20 10 completed three projects, namely, Dezhi Crafts, Laoling Cooperative and Hui Ling Service Agency for the Mentally Handicapped, which further improved ABC's unique consultation project management process.

20 1 1 June, with the further development of ABC, from the consulting season of 2011,ABC will further expand its service customers, reaching four per quarter. At the end of June, ABC 20 1 1 completed four projects: Hua Dan, Caisang, Warm Foundation and Sullivan. At the same time, a perfect management team structure and post promotion rotation mechanism are formed, such as president, vice president, department directors, deputy directors and assistants.

2011August, ABC cooperated with Accenture, an internationally renowned consulting firm, and officially launched a pre-job training program: public welfare consulting training camp.
