Medical insurance in different places can be reimbursed. However, the following conditions must be fully met: first, the approved referral from outside the city for diagnosis and treatment; Second, short-term and long-term medical treatment in different places (going out for more than 3 months) can choose to go through the registration procedures for medical treatment in different places in the Municipal Social Security Bureau, choose local designated medical institutions (pharmacies), and need to see a doctor in the selected medical institutions; The third is sudden emergency treatment in different places. Insured persons with the above three conditions for reimbursement for medical treatment in different places shall keep all the materials required for reimbursement, and can be settled according to the standards for medical treatment in different places after examination. Article 22 of the Regulations on the Prevention and Handling of Medical Disputes stipulates that in the event of a medical dispute, both doctors and patients can solve it through the following channels: (1) Both parties negotiate voluntarily; (2) apply for people's mediation; (3) Applying for administrative mediation; (four) to bring a lawsuit to the people's court; (five) other ways as prescribed by laws and regulations.

Legal objectivity:

Article 28 of the Social Insurance Law conforms to the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards and emergency and rescue medical expenses, and shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations. Twenty-ninth medical expenses of the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, and shall be directly settled by the social insurance agency, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units. The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.
