At the same time, it is also the earliest application of bone anchor for tendon transfer, extension and fixation in the second stage operation of cerebral palsy, which improves the accuracy and success rate of orthopedic surgery for cerebral palsy.
In 2007, Shanghai International Symposium on Rehabilitation of Children with Cerebral Palsy published "Retrospective Discussion on Surgical Treatment of Cerebral Palsy and Spasm", and put forward a revised plan for surgical indications of cerebral palsy, which was highly recognized by more than 100 famous experts in physical medicine, rehabilitation medicine and special education at home and abroad, leading the "gold standard" in the field of cerebral palsy surgery. More than 3,000 cases of cerebral palsy surgery are successfully performed every year, which has made outstanding contributions to the nationwide rescue project for children with cerebral palsy.
It took the lead in multidisciplinary cooperation in China, and established a three-step standardized treatment scheme for cerebral palsy, namely, FSPR surgery+orthopedics (bone anchor implantation)+rehabilitation. According to the pathophysiological characteristics of cerebral palsy patients, it created a "five-stage standardized rehabilitation treatment scheme after cerebral palsy surgery", which made the treatment method individualized and helped to improve the curative effect. A huge database of children with cerebral palsy was established to provide scientific basis for lifelong follow-up of patients with cerebral palsy.
In 2009, at the invitation of China Charity Foundation, he was responsible for the technical support of the "Love Angel" project of medical assistance for children with cerebral palsy in three northeastern provinces and Inner Mongolia. In recognition of his achievements in the field of cerebral palsy treatment and technical guidance of various cerebral palsy rescue projects, china charity federation was awarded the title of "caring angel expert" and won the "Outstanding Contribution Award of China Charity" and "Outstanding Volunteer Award of China Charity" in the same year. 20 10 provided technology for the cerebral palsy rescue project of Sichuan Care for the Next Generation Working Committee, and won the title of "Care Expert". 20 12 was hired as the leader of the expert group of the rehabilitation and rescue project for children with cerebral palsy from poor families in Sichuan, and was also selected by the Organization Department of Shanghai Municipal Committee to support post-disaster reconstruction in Sichuan, and was appointed as the deputy secretary and vice president of the Party Committee of Sichuan Rehabilitation Hospital.
