Since the implementation of the project, adhering to the concept of "mutual benefit and win-win, donation on demand and long-term development", the project has been widely welcomed and highly recognized by the society with standardized operation mode and efficient service means. By the end of 2008, more than 260 publishing units in China had donated more than 500 million yards of books, and more than 5,600 aided units were distributed in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. This project has become a book donation brand project with the largest collection of books, the largest donation amount and the widest social influence in China. The new rural construction support action was officially launched in May 2006. The project aims to mobilize social forces extensively and provide financial, material and human support for the construction of a new socialist countryside through activities such as "donating materials to help the poor" and "Guanghua New Village Project". By the end of 2008, * * * had raised a total of 1.0 1.3 million yuan, and donated 92.79 million yuan through activities such as "send warm", "Charity Together" and "Helping Students with Love", which greatly improved the credibility of the project. "Guanghua New Village Project" has been implemented in ten provinces, cities and autonomous regions such as Tianjin, Henan, Shandong, Ningxia, Qinghai, Sichuan, Hebei, Liaoning, Jilin and Chongqing, with a total donation of nearly 10 million yuan, which is a useful attempt to promote the construction of new countryside by means of public welfare. Especially, as one of the first nine foundations approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs to carry out fund-raising activities for disaster relief, after the freezing rain and snow and Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, the Foundation gave full play to its unique advantages and donated a lot of urgently needed materials to the disaster areas through organizations at all levels, which accumulated experience for the Foundation to support post-disaster reconstruction for a long time.

The annual donation expenditure increased from15.24 million yuan in 2004 to 237.43 million yuan in 2008, an increase of nearly 16 times in five years; The asset scale increased from 4.29 million yuan in 2004 to 265.28 million yuan, an increase of nearly 62 times in five years.
