In 1947, the Guggenheim Museum was designed and built by the famous American architect F.L. Wright, and was completed in 1959. The architectural appearance is simple, white and spiral concrete structure, which is very different from the architectural style of traditional museums. In 1969, a rectangular three-story auxiliary building was added. The museum is managed by the Guggenheim Foundation. In the early 197s, more than 3, sculptures, paintings and other artworks from the 19th and 2th centuries were collected, including works by modern masters such as P Cezanne, P Picasso, P mondriaan, W Kandinsky, J Miro, H Moore, W De Cunin.
