1. Search, download and install "Inner Mongolia 12333" through the mobile app store and mobile browser.
2. Click the APP icon to enter the software.
3. After entering the software interface, use the ID number as the account number and enter the password to log in; If not registered, you need to register first. The mobile phone number registered to receive the verification code must be the mobile phone number in the autonomous region. Click "Authentication Service" after logging in.
The following prompt pops up, and click OK.
The software download progress bar will remain at 0% all the time, and the download will be completed in about 5 minutes.
After downloading, the following prompt will pop up, and click Install.
After the installation, you can see two icons on the phone desktop.
4. Mobile application authentication
Click the Inner Mongolia 12333 icon, log in with your ID number, and click the authentication service to open the following screen.
5. Aim the camera of the mobile phone at the face with a distance of about 1 m, so as to keep the face in the green frame of the mobile phone. Otherwise, the face can't be detected, and turn your head, blink and look up according to the voice prompts.
6. If the authentication is successful, the following figure will pop up.
If it fails, the following figure will pop up.
After failure, you can authenticate again. If the certification fails for many times, you need to go to the local social security agency for on-site certification.
Tips:
1, from March 1 to June 30th every year, retirees use smart phones or computers for self-certification;
2. Retirees who are not skilled in using smart phones can be assisted by others, but they must use their ID number to register;
3. April/KLOC-0 to June 30th every year is the on-site certification stage. If self-service authentication fails, you need to bring your ID card to the nearest on-site authentication point for authentication;
4. Self-certified retirees do not need to go to the site for certification;
5. For retirees who have been ill in bed for a long time, unable to pass the self-service certificate or go to the site to apply for a certificate, they can entrust their relatives to the social security agency that issues pensions to receive the "Certificate of Assistance";
6. Retirees who fail to apply for a certificate within the specified time will stop receiving pension benefits in July.
