Fill in the application form
Fill in the application form of national study abroad fund, and fill in personal information, study abroad plan, study abroad intention and other contents as required.
Submit application materials
Submit the application materials to the accepting unit. Accepting units include: national institutions for accepting applications for study abroad funds, universities under the "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project", exchange project institutions, and other units that have signed cooperation project agreements with the Scholarship Fund Committee.
