Chen Chao: Male, born in 1965, party member, NLD, Ph.D., currently a professor, doctoral supervisor and head of the first-level discipline of business administration in School of Economics and Management, Nanjing Agricultural University. He is also the director of the Policy Research Center for the Safety Management of Agricultural Genetically Modified Organisms of Nanjing Agricultural University, an independent director of Nanjing Textile Import and Export Co., Ltd. and an independent director of the Company. Mr. Chen Chao's research fields are rice industry economy, safety management of agricultural genetically modified organisms, agricultural intellectual property management and agricultural industrial chain management. In recent years, Mr. Chen Chao has presided over the major national social science project 1, 2 national natural science foundation projects, the doctoral program fund of the Ministry of Education 1, the major national transgenic new variety cultivation project 1, the project of the Ministry of Agriculture 2,948, more than 20 projects entrusted by the Ministry of Agriculture, published 2 monographs and published more than 100 academic papers in authoritative core journals at home and abroad.
