If more than one employee of the same unit handles the transfer of housing provident fund in different places at the same time, he may entrust the unit manager to apply on his behalf.

(2) Review and acceptance: transfer to the local center to review the employee information on the spot according to the application materials. If the information is consistent, it shall be accepted and stamped on the Application Form for Transfer and Continuation of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places, one of which shall be handed over to the employee or unit manager. If the information is inconsistent, it will not be accepted and the reasons will be informed.

(3) information transmission. : After receiving the employee's application, the transfer center will generate the Contact Letter for Transfer and Continuation of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places (Attached Table 3), upload it to the National Platform for Transfer and Continuation of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places (hereinafter referred to as the platform) and transmit it to the transfer center.

In the center where the business system is directly connected with the platform, the business information of housing provident fund transfer and connection in different places is sent from the central business system to the platform for transmission. For the business system that is not directly connected to the center of the platform for the time being, the remote transfer and connection information is sent to the platform through the platform WEB client by manual input.
