When making inquiries, you need to provide your ID number as prompted; 2. You can bring your ID card to CITIC Securities

Please contact the Securities Sales Department or find an account manager to inquire; 3. Retrieve it through the mobile phone number + verification code and certificate number on the CITIC Securities APP.

If you just forget your account number, it is recommended to call customer service directly.

If you forget your account and password, you must bring your identity with you to the sales department.

Password 2. If the fund password is changed? You must bring your ID card to the securities business department where you opened the account to handle the business on site. But if the securities account does not have any funds? Then you can modify it through video authentication in the securities account you opened.
