Fund qualification examination subjects:

3. Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.
Candidates can choose subject 1+subject 2 or subject 1+subject 3 to apply.
Conditions for applying to participate in the qualification examination of the fund:
1, with full capacity for civil conduct;
2. The deadline for registration is 18 years old;
3. Have a high school education or above;
4. Other conditions stipulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Fund Qualification Examination (Trial), if the personnel who participate in the fund qualification examination do not meet the registration requirements and take the examination by fraud, China Asset Management Association will not accept the application for registration of the qualification examination within one year; For example, candidates who are banned from the securities and futures unified examination and the securities post examination due to violation of discipline cannot apply for the qualification examination for fund practitioners during the prohibition period.
