2. Steps for reissue:

2. Publish a statement in Shenyang Daily or shenyang evening news that the lost receipt is invalid.

3. Take the newspaper with the lost bill declared invalid, and then return to the maintenance fund window in the lobby, and issue a copy of the newspaper registration procedures and the original and copy of my ID card. After the window staff passes the examination, they will keep the newspaper, a copy of the newspaper registration procedures and a copy of my ID card.
