When resetting the password, you need to select the bank card used when opening an account. At present, bank cards such as CCB, ABC and Xingye are supported, but Pudong Development Bank Card is not supported for the time being.

2) Counter method: Traders can also reset the trading password at Taikang Insurance Customer Service Center or Direct Selling Center with the original ID card when opening an account; You can also handle it by fax, and send a copy of your ID card, a copy of your bank card and the completed application form for fund account business together. Be sure to fill in the fund account, name, bank, bank card number, mailing address and contact information (mobile phone number) on the business form. After resetting the transaction password, a confirmation message will be sent to the customer.
