It is possible that if the fund pays dividends and investors choose to reinvest in dividends, the holding share of the fund will change. If the Fund does not pay dividends or pays dividends in cash, the holding share of the Fund will not change.

The fund share is converted into the amount at the time of subscription according to the net value at the close of the fund. The increase or decrease of the fund will not cause the change of the share, and only when the fund is bought, sold and reinvested with dividends will the fund share change.
