Article 128 The shares shall be in paper form or other forms as stipulated by the the State Council Securities Regulatory Authority. A stock shall specify the following main items:

(1) Name of the company;

(2) Date of establishment of the company;

(3) The type, face value and number of shares represented by the shares;

(4) the serial number of the stock. The shares shall be signed by the legal representative and sealed by the company. The sponsors' shares shall be marked with the words sponsors' shares.
